Frequently Asked Questions

  • Standard tenancy agreements are for one month or longer. If you require a shorter stay, please reach out with your request and we will be in touch.

  • Generally standard is a one year lease. Some properties have shorter requirements. Please contact us about your specific requirements and we will be in touch.

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars.

  • Emergency contact information will be supplied to all tenants.

  • Yes, we are happy to lease to corporate clients. Please have your relocation specialist reach out to us and we would be happy to partner with your company.

  • We offer two types of furnished suites: all-inclusive and customizable.

     

    All-inclusive furnished suites include one parking space and all utilities. Depending on the location, some include high speed internet, Netflix and Roku. They come with one set of bedding for each sleeping space, towels (bath, hand and washcloths), all basic kitchen utensils and appliances,  one set of starter supplies (laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, etc.).

     

    Customizable furnished units include all of the above, except for electricity, internet, Netflix and personal supplies. These units are available for those planning to stay 6 months of longer and want to make the space their own while avoiding having to furnish a space. 

    If you require a furnished unit to be stocked with basic food products for your arrival date,  this can be arranged for a fee. Please reach out on our Contact Us page to learn more.

  • Our unfurnished rentals include one parking space, heat and water. Tenant is responsible for electricity.

  • We will respond to all e-mail inquiries within 24 hours on business days. Tenants will be provided with emergency contact information for expedited responses.

  • Cleaning can be contracted if desired for an additional cost. Please contact us to request more information.
