Generally speaking, we offer leases of 12 months. In some cases, we may be able to offer a lease of 6 months or less, but this depends on many factors, so get in touch and if it is at all possible, we will be happy to work with you on a shorter lease length!
Generally standard is a one year lease. Some properties have shorter requirements. Please contact us about your specific requirements and we will be in touch.

Yes, we are happy to lease to corporate clients. Please have your relocation specialist reach out to us and we would be happy to partner with your company.
Furnished units include all furniture (couch, coffee table, bed, etc.) and all basic kitchen supplies, such as pots, pans, and cutlery. Towels and bedding are included. One parking spot is a standard inclusion for all our furnished rentals. Tenants are responsible for electricity, internet, Netflix and personal supplies.
Our unfurnished rentals include one parking space, heat and water. Tenant is responsible for electricity.
We will respond to all e-mail inquiries within 24 hours on business days. Tenants will be provided with emergency contact information for expedited responses.
Cleaning can be contracted if desired for an additional cost. Please contact us to request more information.
