Hello!
We are Jessica and Kevin. In 2022, we moved our family of five from Ontario's GTA to the Greater Calgary Area in beautiful Alberta.
We love our new home. Now that we have put down roots here, we want to help others do the same. We understand the challenges of finding a temporary and long-term home in a new province. That is why we are committed to providing a great guest experience, whether you become a long-term tenant or stay with us while you're getting acclimatized to your new location.
We offer a wide range of rental options. In some of our furnished rentals, you'll find all the comforts of home, leaving you free to explore the city.
In our customizable furnished rentals, you'll walk into a fully furnished and stocked home with parking, but you'll be able to customize your utilities to your liking.
Our unfurnished rentals are well-maintained and available for people looking to put down roots and stay a while. Importantly, they all include parking and are carefully selected to ensure a comfortable living environment.
We welcome you to our properties and can give you support with tips about our favourite spots in and around Calgary. We pride ourselves on being present, available landlords. Kevin has worked in housing for over 20 years and before becoming private landlords, Jessica and Kevin hosted short-term stays, and were both AirBnB Superhosts and VRBO Premium Hosts.

The unit was exactly what it looked like in the photos. impressively clean and well-equipped! Their response time was always very quick and they were thoughtful enough to check in throughout the week to make sure we had everything we needed. The location of the building is perfect for a quiet stay while still being very central in the city. Walking distance from prince’s island park, great restaurants and cool shops.
