Our Rental Application Process

If you are interested in renting a condo with us, start by filling out the form. Here is an overview of our Rental Application Process. 

  1. If the unit you are requesting is available, we will schedule an in-person or virtual viewing of the unit.

  2. After the viewing, if you are interested in moving forward we will provide you with our rental application. 

  3. We will review your application and if you are approved, we will send a tenant leasing agreement to you for the length of stay you are interested in. 

  4. At the time of signing the lease, your first month's rent is due and may be paid by e-transfer. 

  5. Prior to moving in we will do a walk through in-person or virutally with you.

  6. At the time we release the keys to you, a refundable damage deposit is due equal to one month's rent.

In the Area

Eau Claire is an upscale neighbourhood, a short walk to the commerical downtown's office buildings. The Bow River and pathways are a short block north of the condo, as is the bridge to the stunning Prince's Island Park and the Peace Bridge which takes you across the river to the trendy Kensington shopping district. The condo is steps to dozens of restaurants, bars, shopping options, transportation routes and so much more. However, Eau Claire is much quieter than the heart of downtown. You have all the access with none of the noise and chaos. It's the perfect neighbourhood.
